The Company

OfficeTeam is recruiting a Client Account Manager for Pointon York SIPP Solutions in Market Harborough, Leicestershire.

Originally Established in 1971, Pointon York SIPP Solutions is an independent company specialising in providing self invested personal pensions (SIPPs).

The Role

The main responsibilities of the Client Account Manager are to administer and develop the connection and client relationship to ensure the company is meeting their needs and work with the process teams to provide the services to the connections and clients expectations, all within the service standards.

In addition ensure that all communications in are dealt with, any issues are sorted to the connections and clients satisfaction and all communications out are to the highest quality standards, ensuring the company continues to get new business from existing connections and no complaints.

 

Key Accountabilities:

 

  • Work with the Relationship Managers to manage a portfolio of connections and clients ensuring communication is regular at least weekly and informative.
  • Provide Relationship Managers with scheme and client information in order that monthly reports can be issued to connections and quarterly communications to direct clients.
  • Sort post daily and deal with work in order of priority to meet the service standards, the needs of the clients and connections and as agreed by the Section Head and Relationship Manager.
  • Ensure all work is processed each day in line with agreed service standards and recorded on the main database.
  • Respond to all telephone calls on day of receipt.
  • Process work in line with documented procedures and within the HMRC rules and regulations.
  • Update systems to ensure all electronic records are up to date and easily accessible.
  • Daily filing to ensure all paper records are up to date and easily accessible.
  • Escalate problems or work that cannot be dealt with within the required service standards immediately to the Section Head/Relationship Managers.
  • Refer technical queries to the Section Heads and/or Relationship Managers.
  • Refer any complaints received directly to the Relationship Managers for action, and carry out investigation and prepare reports as appropriate.
  • Cooperate with the company when required with activities not directly included in the job description.
  • Provide support for process teams as and when required.
  • Develop client and connection relationships in order to increase income through new business and development income, liaising closely with the business development team and Relationship Managers on new enquiries, ensuring new packs are dispatched and recorded and illustrations are prepared and dispatched.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate for the Client Account Manager role will have the ability to communicate and build relations and negotiate deadlines, be supportive of others, have good technical knowledge and organisational skills

You will also have a can do attitude, be proactive, positive and flexible with a minimum 2 years in financial service and working in a senior role in SIPP industry.

Salary & Benefits

The salary for the Client Account Manager is 18k - £22k, depending on experience and is based in Market Harborough, Leicestershire.
